Shipping & Delivery

Please review your shipping and billing details carefully before placing your order to ensure all information is accurate. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and order number for reference.

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks from the time tracking information is received.

Shipping operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time

  • Ready stock orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment verification

  • During sales periods: 1–3 working days, or as stated on the homepage announcement bar

Delivery Time

  • Malaysia (Express): 5–7 working days

  • International: Delivery times vary by country (via Ninja Van / SF Express / DHL)

Shipping Fees (Malaysia)

  • Free express shipping for orders above RM180

  • Flat rate of RM15 for orders below RM180

Re-delivery Policy

  • All parcels require a signature upon delivery

  • Uncollected parcels after 5 working days will be returned to us

  • Re-delivery will incur additional shipping fees
